Retailer Policy Agreement

This Minimum Advertised Price (“MAP”) Policy applies to all resellers of Sok-It products.

The Sok-It Minimum Advertised Price for all products equals twice the wholesale price paid by the reseller. To be clear, if a reseller buys a specific Sok-It product on sale directly from Sok-It for less than full wholesale, it may advertise that specific SKU at twice the discounted wholesale price.  It may not advertise any other Sok-It SKU for that discounted price. 

 While retailers are free to set their own resale prices, our MAP Policy requires all resellers to only advertise products at or above the established minimum price across all physical and digital media.

This restriction strictly prohibits supplying Sok-It products to any third party that advertises them at a price below our MAP. There are no exceptions to this policy. This policy does not limit promotional discounts at checkout. By purchasing Sok-It products, retailers automatically acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms.

If Sok-It determines the reseller has violated its MAP policy, or that product(s) are sold by a reseller to any third party that advertises them at a price below our MAP, Sok-It may, in its sole discretion and without any liability under any existing MAP agreements, suspend the supply of any or all products to the reseller.

Sok-It Authorized resellers must maintain a valid business/resale license.

All retailers are authorized to sell only to end consumers and at the full retail Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) in accordance with our MAP Policy above. 

Buying groups or wholesaling of Sok-It products to other businesses is prohibited. Online sales are restricted to a retailer’s individual website.

Sales are prohibited on all online marketplaces, including but not limited to Amazon, eBay, Etsy, and Walmart. This restriction extends to all social platforms, including Facebook, TikTok, and Instagram.

Violation of these terms will result in the immediate and permanent revocation of your wholesale approval.
