Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please email us immediately at sales@sok-it.com.

Once an order reaches our fulfillment center and has begun processing, it cannot be changed or canceled. In that event, you can return the unwanted merchandise for a full refund, less shipping costs, plus a 10% restocking fee.

Sok-It does not pay return shipping unless the merchandise is defective.
