Log in troubles? Are you in a loop?

If you have applied for a Wholesale account, and received your Confirmation email, then your account has been activated and you should be able to log in without a problem.
BUT if your account is pending, or you can't access the online store, then your account has not been confirmed. You may feel like you're stuck in a loop. And essentially, you are.
Please keep an eye open for your confirmation email. It will look like the one below, and will have a link for you to log in. A passcode will be sent to your email account, and VOILA! The world of the JavaSok, CanSok, LunchTote, IceCreamSok, and HotSok awaits! We can't wait to help you make your customers happy!

You must have a valid state business license and your state sales tax certificate number. Once approved (1-3 business days), you can log in to your online account using only your email address.
After you complete our sales tax registration process, (which we handle electronically), you will not be charged sales tax at checkout. 😊
Once registered, you will have access to your own account where you can place an order, update or add personal information, create wish lists, place quick reorders, and view invoices.
