- Set Up charge for any new, (proof not previously provided) style/design will be $125 per.
- Delivery times the same 6-8 weeks, not including factory holidays
- Each order is plus shipping, FOB Chicago
- Minimum Order Quantity is 100 per style
- 2nd imprint (different logos on two sides) will be +$.25 per piece
- Continued supply chain disruptions may cause prices and timings to change for future orders. We will provide advance notice.
